The Indoor Environmental Standards Organization has developed standardized procedures for the assessment of indoor environments for contaminants. As a Certified Residential Mold Inspector, we now offer this service.

Simply put, the Level I Assessment will tell you if it is mold & what type of mold it is.

The Level II Assessment will give you this information and answer the questions of how much & how extensive it has spread. Most importantly, in a Level II Assessment we will perform a comprehensive Water Intrusion Inspection of the property.

If there is mold, some how, somewhere, water has entered into the structure and if this is not identified & cured, the mold will continue to amplify.
