          Fire & Smoke
How severe or extensive was the fire?
What can be cleaned and salvaged?
        Is Emergency Pre-Cleaning required?
What type of residue/soot is it?

Most soot is corrosive - the acidic gases can quickly corrode everything from a bathroom faucet to a marble vanity top if left untreated.

Immediate response and pre-cleaning/treatment can greatly add to the salvage after even the smallest fire. Lingering odors can become permanent if not addressed promptly.

Various types of soot/smoke require different methods to successfully clean and restore your structure and its contents. Dry residue from a simple fire is the easiest to clean & deodorize.

Wet/greasy/oily residue required unique methods and materials for its removal.

"White" smoke, generally referred to as a protein fire from many cooking maladies, is easily removed, however the pungent odor is among the most difficult to eliminate!

Often duct work and wall cavities are affected from the fire and require special consideration for a job to be completed without any lingering reminders of the fire.

Don't wait to mitigate!
